Our history dates back to 1987, when a young visionary, Miguel Sánchez, continued his journey in the hotel world with the acquisition of the Pepita Apartments.

His enthusiasm and ambition was the driving force to expand the company until it became what it is today; a leading Andalusian hotel group made up of four hotels and an apartment complex with the best location, the iconic Tropicana Beach Club and the Promesa Restaurant, an ambitious gastronomic project.
